Cancellation Policy

Online & Pickup Orders
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact Stevie G's Coffee Company as soon as possible.
Once an order has been prepared or preparation has begun, we may be unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
Large Orders & Catering
Large orders, catering orders, and specially prepared orders may be subject to separate cancellation terms provided at the time the order is placed.
Store-Caused Cancellations
If Stevie G's Coffee Company is unable to fulfill an order and must cancel it, the customer will receive a refund for the cancelled items.
